Wed Practice Change for Varsity

This Wednesday Varsity will practice from 6am to 10pm. 1 hour in the weight room and 3 hours in the pool. No afternoon practice for Wed.

FS/JV will have normal practice from 6am to 9am.

The Athletic Department is having the FALL SPORTS INFORMATION NIGHT tomorrow evening (9/1/09) at 7pm in the gym. This is a parent meeting, I highly recommend going and meeting the Athletic Director, Mr. Dean Toohey.

School Registration and more please read

School registration for athletes is on Monday August 31st (read below). All levels will practice at 2pm only.

Monday 8/31 @ 7:30 am- priority registration for athletes and marching band (all grade levels)


Wednesday 9/2 @ 7 am- priority hearing and vision screening for all sophomore athletes and marching band. Please have ALL SOPHOMORES go to the hearing and vision screening before practice. They will have their hand stamped upon return.

PARKING
On Monday and Tuesday they will be resurfacing the blacktop in the parking lots. They will be doing one section at a time starting at the front of the school on Monday. The catch is that the gate and entrance to the front of the school will be closed. Have your athletes come in to school off of Wolf Trail. They may also park on Wolf Trail if need be.

Navy Seal Training Day

Navy Seals camp will be held on Friday at Woollett from 9am-12pm. Varsity will have normal workout from 6am to 8am and caravan over to Woollett.

F/S JV will meet at Woollett at 8:45am and be done at 12pm.

Homework assignment for Varsity

In your notebooks write the workouts that we've had and your thoughts, opinions, on them. Also, write down and diagram the plays we went over today at practice. I will be collecting them tomorrow morning.

Varsity Practice for Tuesday/Thursday

Varsity will meet at Woollett at 6am-7am for dryland. Be there 5 min before. We will then drive back to Northwood and be in the water by 7:30am.

F/S JV will meet at Northwood at 6am-9am.

The cost will be $275 to Northwood Water Polo.
