Sick Days/missing practice

If you are sick, you are still expected to be at practice, even if it is just to watch.

As I stated in an earlier blog entry, missing practice will result in:

20 x 100's on the coaches desired interval.  This is for every practice missed.

This rule will be strongly enforced now that we have a week under our belt.

NO EXCEPTIONS

My goals

To whom it may concern,

This summer we will focus on strength of mind, body, and commitment. We will undergo mental and physical challenges that will test each one of you.
I have 2 main goal, that we win league and to be CIF Champions.
I also have personal goals for each one of you.

All I can do is give you the oppurtunity.

Are you ready for the challenge?
I ask that everyone on the Boys Varsity Team post their goal in the comment section.

-Ed

Physicals

Summer camp starts tomorrow.

If you don't have your paper work in you will not workout.  As of right now many have not turned in physicals to the school.  I am assuming that you will have that in tomorrow.

Qualified Teams

Congratulations to the 10u coed, 12u boys and girls, 14u boys. They all qualified for the Junior Olympics in San Jose this year at the end of July.

Also, congratulations to all the coaches that have done an awesome job with the groups! Coach Jure Belamaric Sebastian Cordoba who coach the 12u boys. Coach Tyler Simmons who coaches the 10u coed team with me, and coach Caleb Hamilton who coaches the 14u boys, and took 4th in the regional event!

As well as Coach Steve Carrera (12u girls) and Coach Steve Simmons (12u girls), who did a great job beating some very strong opponents!!!

We are the ONLY CLUB in IRVINE that qualified.  Irvine Kahuna didn't qualify any teams, proving we are the premiere water polo club in Irvine.

Great Job everyone and parents thanks for your support, we could never have done this without you!!!

See you at the pool!

Junior Olympics Qualifiers 16u Boys start this weekend

Colony High School

USA

AT 5:30PM Friday Night 6/5/09. For the 16 schedule click on:
