Jim Sprague just sent me an updated version of the tournament. It looks like we will be playing Montebello instead of Esperanza at 3pm at Esperanza. Then back to Northwood for a 7:35pm game.

Practice will be at normal time 2pm-4:30pm, on October 19, 2009. This is for all levels.

Set up crew needs to arrive at 7:15am Saturday Morning

Schedule for Friday Oct 16

Varsity will meet at Northwood at 6pm to watch game film before warmup. Game time is 7:35pm on Friday.

Frosh/Soph JV will meet at at 1:50pm to set up. Please see work schedule.

Picture day will be on October 22, 2009 during normal practice time.

Girls Winter Schedule Change

The scrimmage that is on the GIRLS schedule is being changed from November 24, 2009 to November 10, 2009. Please make a note. The B team will play at 6pm and the Varsity will play at 7pm.

Everyone will be there from 6-8pm to help work the clocks set up and clean up.

Schedule week 10/12

Monday: 2pm (everyone meeting), Varsity plays at 3pm and 5:45pm or 6:40pm (depending on win or loss)

Tuesday: 2pm practice all levels.

Wednesday: vs El Toro @ El Toro High School, All levels. 2pm departure from school

Thursday: vs Newport Harbor @ Newport Harbor High School, All levels. 2pm departure from school

Friday: 2pm Varsity tournament @ Northwood (f/s and jv check work schedule on previous blog)

Saturday: 8am Varsity tournament @ Northwood (f/s and jv check work schedule on previous blog)

Merrill Moses was the USA Olympic Goalie in the 2008 Bejing Olympics and won a silver medal. Thank you Merril for coming to our neck of the woods, and inspiring, motivating all of us!

PSAT Testing

The PSAT is on Saturday OCT 17 (NOC tournament). Please see Mr. Venable in the counseling office to schedule a WED PSAT so you don't miss any games on the weekend.

North Orange County Varsity Tournament Schedule

Varsity will compete in this tournament.

Northwood is hosting so we are all going to do our part to help.

All freshmen and sophmores (except varsity) will assist and run table, score books, and snack bar. 3 at the scorers table and 2 at the snack bar.
