Scrimmage Cancelled Meet @ 2pm today POOL

Hi guys, the scrimmage has been cancelled for today. We will practice at normal time 2pm today in the pool and tomorrow we will be in the weightroom at 2pm.

Summer Camp Deadline Payment JUNE 1

The school is collecting summer camp donations for summer camp of $175. Please make sure you turn that in asap to the office and specigy that it is for Boys Water Polo or Girls Water Polo. This must be in before June 1, or we may not be allowed to have a summer camp. Let me know if you have any questions.

Woodbury Aquatics will be having the final swim meet of the session on June 2, 2011 @ Costa Mesa HS. Please arrive @ 5pm.

Physicals and Musculoskeletal info

We have our Musculoskeletal Screening on Tuesday, May 24th from 4:30 – 6:30 pm in the NHS Media Center. This is a good opportunity to complete this part of the athletic physical while helping to raise funds for NHS athletic programs. If they are a 10th or 12th grader this is all they need and they will be done.

They need to pick up the physical form in the office from Carmen before they attend the MSK because they need parent consent. A suggested donation of $25 for the MSK. All grade levels physical forms are color coded for next year so please inform your athlete to get the correct color.

Musculoskeletal Exams May 31 @ 4:30pm

The musculoskeletal exams will be next Tuesday at 4:30pm. This will suffice for a physical for all Sophmores and Seniors. Freshmen and Juniors will need a full physical but can also come and get the musculoskeletal done which is also part of the full physical. I am attaching the information for about physicals.

Dual Meet vs Costa Mesa Aquatics

We will have a dual meet on 5/19/11 vs Costa Mesa Aquatics!

It will be at our pool, all swimmers please arrive at 4pm for warm-up. Coach Audrey's group will not change.

We will need parent volunteers to help time the event, if you have a stop watch please bring it (I have 3), we will need a total of 7. 1 per lane and a back up.

All Woodbury Aquatic members can swim all events, but it's not mandatory. Non-members can participate with a $10 fee.

May 12 Boys 18u scrimmage

This Thursday, May 12, 2011, Boys 18u we have a scrimmage vs. JSERRA @ JSERRA. Scrimmage will
be from 7-9PM.

Please arrive at 7PM.

Arrive at 9am tomorrow @ NHS.

Boys please arrive at 9am tomorrow at NHS for scrimmage. Also, some of you have communicated that you may need a ride to SD at 3:30pm, please communicate with teammates to see if you can get a ride. I listen to talk radio and opera, so you dont want to ride with me =)

As a reminder, Woodbury Aquatics is not the same as Woodbury Waves (isl team). Woodbury Aquatics is an off season swim school that operates from the end of August to the beginning of June. Signing up with Woodbury Aquatics does not guarantee or give any advantage to be on the summer Woodbury Waves team.
