Boys/Girls Varsity will have a beach practice beginning at 6:30am at Crystal Cove. We will meet at Northwood High School at 6am and caravan there. Parent volunteers are welcome. We will need some parents to drive. Who knows maybe you can do the workout with us=)
This will be optional but I will need a head count tomorrow (Thursday).
