Our menu will be:
Yucatan Taco Buffet
Tri-color tortilla chips with salsa roja and salsa quemada
Romaine salad with creamy cilantro-pepita dressing
Mesquite grilled chicken and steak
Homemade tortillas
Refried black beans, cilantro rice, sweet corn cake
Shredded cabbage mix, pico de gallo
Monterey jack cheese and sour cream
Assorted pastries including mini cheesecakes, fruit tarts, cookies and flan
Chocolate fountain with marshmallows and bananas
Soft drinks, iced tea, hot tea and coffee
Seating will be available at 5:30. The buffet will begin at 6:00 and commence to approximately 7:30. At this time the awards program will start and finish around 8:30 or 9:00 p.m
