If you don't have a twitter account yet, I suggest getting one and following www.twitter.com/nhswaterpolo the updates will go to your phone in text form.
1/ sign up for twitter
2/ go to "settings" and then click on "mobile"
3/ enter your cell phone #, follow directions.
4/ go to twitter.com/nhswaterpolo and follow
5/ next to follow there will be a phone icon. Click on that and it will read "Updates are sent to your mobile phone"
and that's it.
