Will begin off season training, Monday December 7, 2009.
PRACTICE TIMES:
MON-THURS
FS/JV: 6pm-7:30pm w/ Coach Drew Vyn
VARSITY: 7:30PM-9PM w/ Coach Steve Carrera
WEIGHTS WILL BE ON TUESDAY/THURSDAY FROM 7PM-8PM (We will be getting in the water after weights until 9pm)
We will be implementing a weight training program with Juggernaut Training Systems. Their personal trainers will be coming to our Northwood facilities.
The cost will be
$275 for 12 weeks with an additional cost of $75 a month for weight training.
Weights will be mandatory for Varsity and open to F/S JV.
