Girls Practice as of Monday Nov 16

Starting this Monday, November 16, 2009.

Practice will be from:

6am-7:30am Weights/Pool MTTh

2pm to 4:30pm Pool M-F

Practice is mandatory.

Missing practice will result in 50x100yd freestyle. No exceptions.
